A little penguin found her own way to shine.

Pip watched the big birds fly. They
soared
high in the sky. Pip wanted to fly too.

her little wings. She jumped up and down. She stayed right on the ice.

Pip felt her feet get cold. "I am not a flying bird," she thought. A soft voice spoke nearby.

"Why are you so sad?" asked Orla. Pip pointed to the sky. "I wish I could fly!" she said.

land. Pip tried to jump from a hill.
