Uncle Raj smiled kindly. “Nature builds amazing things too,” he said. They walked deeper into the green woods. Mateo spotted a tiny spiderweb.

Uncle Raj showed a picture. It was a tall, strong plant. Its stem was hollow and light. But it could stand against strong winds. Mateo’s eyes lit up.

“Like the spiderweb!” Mateo exclaimed. “It is strong but light.” Uncle Raj nodded. “Nature builds cleverly,” he agreed with a smile.

Mateo picked up a pencil. He drew lines on a blank paper. He imagined buildings with light, strong parts. Like the plants and webs.
